Elected via DAO-wide vote, our Governance Working Group (GWG) Stewards bring business development strategy and project management expertise to develop and manage initiatives related to Governance, ensuring operational efficiency, economic sustainability, and an overall strengthened community.

Leading a collaborative environment, GWG Stewards delegate tasks, drive progress towards community goals, and passionately advocate for effective governance. In managing partnerships with third-party service providers, they bring deep external resources and networks that accelerate the Working Group's objectives.

Beyond execution, GWG Stewards also prioritize ongoing research and development programs to explore growth strategies and economic sustainability, as well as automation protocols. Furthermore, they embody the spirit of collaboration, leveraging collective knowledge and skill sets to co-create proposals with community members and outside entities capable of bringing value to the DAO.

The Discourse Facilitator team takes on the responsibility of overseeing phases 1-9 of the AIP process, engaging closely with AIP Authors and the ApeCoin DAO Cayman administration.

Their wide-ranging responsibilities include conducting ongoing follow-ups on the implementation of accepted proposals, moderating public discussions, reviewing flagged content and forum moderation to ensure adherence to platform rules. They produce detailed analysis reports for each AIP submitted to the ApeCoin DAO, and generate routine transparency updates which are posted regularly in the Help & Resources section of Discourse as Facilitator Notes.

In addition to their primary day-to-day AIP related responsibilities, our Facilitators also take charge of new user reviews and administering beta-testing programs. They collaborate closely with various DAO-approved projects and security specialists who keep platforms safe, and demonstrate a commitment to active community engagement to maintain open channels of support.

The ApeCoin DAO Secretary plays a vital role behind the scenes, coordinating organizational aspects of the Working Group structure such as internal meetings, agendas, and minutes, DAO calendars, and authoring various reports. They also remain engaged with other Working Groups, providing similar support when needed.

In addition to these responsibilities, they demonstrate versatility by assisting with GWG initiatives, bookkeeping, and other critical functions of the team in its ever-evolving scope of work.
